Panel Jargon

Priorities?

A neighbourhood's main priorities are decided and reviewed at each Neighbourhood Panel Meeting. These can be issues or problems that need to be looked at by the Local Council, Police or even a Youth Group or Resident. An Action Plan is drawn up and worked on until the next Panel Meeting.

Action Plan?

After the Panel's priorities are decided upon actions to work on eradicating the problems or issues are determined. These actions are put in to an Action Plan, dates for them to be completed and who will be responsible for them are decided and recorded. The Action Plan is reviewed at the next Panel meeting.

Minutes?

A record of what was discussed, decided and reviewed at the Meeting.

Message Board?

Each Panel on this website has a 'Message Board'. It is a great way to discuss local issues and priorities etc with other local residents or your local NPT. To get to it click on 'Have Your Say' on your Panel's page.
